This website is to be used for information only along with booking consultations. Any foul use of the data within the website or domain will not be tolerated by OMOM and all activities performed when using this website should be done so in accordance with UK&IR Law.  If any problems, issues or other is found on this website, it should be written in an email to 'omomgeneralenquiries@omom.uk' for bug/issue fixing.

Referrals Terms & Conditions

If a referral is made, it should be done so with written evidence via email and must be dated before referee/customer/consumer contact with OMOM. To claim a referral, your name and email address should be given to the referee/customer/consumer and inputted in the booking section of the services page where requested. In the case a booking is not made via the bookings page, name and email must be given upon contacting OMOM. Referrals must not be from people/persons regarded as inside or employed by the party involved in transacting/purchasing of services. Any attempted referral must be made via personal interactions and not via spamming or mass outreach. The time frame for a referral to be eligible is within 3 months of taking out a plan, further than this date it will be up to the OMOM's team discretion.

Payment of the referral incentive will be done within a year of sign-off & payment of a development service plan which includes Design & planning (not including wireframe or prototyping solo), Build/Development, Maintenance & Update. The total amount will vary based on amount spent & discounts applied to the contracted work. This calculation is not mathematically calculated and will be within discretion of the OMOM team, this will take into account amount spent, duration and stage of service to account for smaller projects. 

By referring a customer/person(s) to OMOM you acknowledge these terms & conditions and that the scheme has to be claimed by yourself if not sent an email from the OMOM team regarding this scheme within 3 months of the payment of the services included within the scope. You also confirm that this scheme will only be up to the amount of £250 as a gift card or voucher of OMOM choosing. Referral scheme can only be claimed once per person. If a service is cancelled or refunded this may affect the outcome of the referral paid amount and/or cancelation of the pay out.
