1. About PicaFlic

PicaFlic is a product developed and operated by OMOM, a software development company based in Leicester, England. By using PicaFlic you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the service

You agree to use PicaFlic only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Post content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or illegal
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of PicaFlic

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at omomgeneralenquiries@omom.uk if you suspect any unauthorised use.

4. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you post on PicaFlic (messages, reviews, etc.). By posting content, you grant OMOM a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in PicaFlic — including the app, design, logo, and branding — are owned by OMOM. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to use OMOM or PicaFlic trademarks without prior written consent.

6. Availability

We aim to keep PicaFlic available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time without notice for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OMOM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of PicaFlic. Our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PicaFlic at our discretion if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PicaFlic after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
